 Rob Ashford
(Guys and Dolls)
Tony award-winner, Rob Ashford has choreographed many musicals and, in June 2005, he created the dances for the revival of one of the most popular ever—Guys and Dolls. With so many wonderful songs to work with, Ashford offers a choreographic mix of macho men who competitively leap and twirl, sexy strippers who wriggle through their nightclub numbers, and a hot, sizzling Latino dance for the Havana scene which builds in frenzied energy and electric momentum.

 Matthew Bourne and Stephen Mear
(Mary Poppins)
In Mary Poppins, choreographers Matthew Bourne and Stephen Mear have joined forces to combine their unique creative talents in this popular and highly successful musical. To well-loved songs, their dances romp along through the story, offering swathes of energetic activity, humour and good old-fashioned fun in numbers that see chimney-sweeps dancing on the roofs and children marching enthusiastically. But it is Bert’s ‘Step in Time’ that sets the stage on fire with its vigour and exuberance.

  Peter Darling
(Billy Elliot)
Peter Darling offers a smorgasbord of differing styles and techniques in his choreography for the hit musical Billy Elliot. Successfully surmounting the challenges of creating numbers for many differing dance abilities - the three Billys playing the lead role, the young girls, professional dancers and seasoned actors - his choreography switches from tap to ballet, acrobatics to contemporary, catching the spirit of the gritty but heart-warming story in a series of fast-paced numbers that get the audience cheering.
